General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our online store.
2. The Contracting Party to the Conclusion of the Contract
The sales contract is concluded with MELIS HOME SRL.
By selecting products in the online shop, we make a binding offer for the conclusion of this item. Our products can initially be added to your shopping cart without obligation, and your entries can be corrected at any time before submitting your order. This effect is implemented at the time of order expiration as provided and described by language verification tools. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, accepting the offer for the products in your shopping cart. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language, Treaty Text Storage
For the conclusion of the Contract, the Available Languages are French and English.
We save the text of the Contract and send you the order details and our terms and conditions by email. You can view the text of the Contract in your Customer Login.
4. Delivery conditions
In addition to the product prices shown, shipping costs are extra. For more details on shipping costs, please refer to the offers.
We only offer shipping. Unfortunately, in-store pickup is not possible.

5. Payment
In our shop, you generally have the following payment methods available:
Payment in advance
If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details separately by email and deliver the goods after receiving payment.
PayPal Plus
As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer several payment methods, including PayPal services. These are available on the PayPal website. There, you can enter your payment information, authorize the use of your data via PayPal, and confirm the PayPal transfer order.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered with PayPal or register with them for the invoice amount and authenticate yourself with your login credentials. If you select credit card as your payment method, you must not be registered with PayPal for the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be processed immediately upon receipt of the payment order, and after your credit card company verifies your identity as the legitimate cardholder, PayPal will issue a request for payment, and your card will be debited. If you select Direct Debit as your payment method, you must not be registered with PayPal for the invoice amount. By confirming the payment order, you authorize the debit from your PayPal account. PayPal will notify you of the debit date (known as a pre-notification). Immediately after confirming the payment order, PayPal will contact your bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will then be processed, and your account will be debited. For further information, please refer to the order process.
If you choose Invoice Payment, you must not be registered with PayPal for the invoice amount. After successfully verifying your address and creditworthiness, we will contact PayPal at our request. In this case, you can only pay PayPal with full legal effect. In addition to our general terms and conditions of sale, PayPal's terms and conditions and privacy policy apply to payments via PayPal. 7. Transport damage
