Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your Melis Home purchases. If an item is unsuitable, you may be able to request a return or exchange, subject to the conditions below and applicable legislation.
Return request
Before returning an item, please contact our customer service department by email, indicating your order number and the product reference. We will then provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Product condition
Returned items should, as far as possible, be in good condition, clean, and carefully packaged for transport. Where applicable, the original packaging facilitates the return process.
Return shipping costs
Depending on the reason for the return and the purchasing platform, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility or covered when the product is defective or there was a manufacturing error. This information is specified when the return request is submitted.
Defective items or damaged package
If you receive a damaged item or one that does not match your order, please contact us promptly with photos of the package and the product. After verification, we will offer you a suitable solution (replacement, credit note, or refund).
Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, a refund can be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
